Bio:

I am a certified Whole Birth Yoga Instructor teaching prenatal yoga classes at the Yoga Health Institute in Modesto. I am a devoted yoga practioner of 15 years and I credit my own prenatal yoga teacher with showing me the path to bring the miracle of mindfulness to the miracle of birth. It is my great privilege to pass these teachings on to other women who are preparing themselves for the work of pregnancy, labor, birth, and mothering. Namaste.
