Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi has been a lifestyle for me. I have had the opportunity to travel to ten countries in the world and attend different programs. I completed my School Yoga Teacher Training under the direction of Dr. Ping Luo Director of the School Yoga Institute (RYU).
